New business development sits at the heart of this role. Day to day, that’ll involve researching and then calling prospective customers, asking the right questions to understand their business needs, and ultimately arranging an appointment for our business development team to visit and close the deal. Winning people over won’t always be easy however, with your natural curiosity and confidence on the phone, it’s a challenge you’ll thrive on.
To join us as a Lead Generation Executive, you’ll need to persuade potential customers why we’re right for them so, you’ll need to be tenacious, resilient, motivated by smashing targets and ideally have a track record in sales or new business.
