CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Lead Contract Support to join the team located in London.

Purpose: 

The key responsibility of the Lead Contract Support Role position is to provide excellent financial support to the UKI Finance Account Lead, and the operational teams.  Direct management of Cost Analysis and Reconciliations are the key deliverables in this role, where the aim is to exceed in providing added value financial analysis & to provide a valued input to the operational team. The implementation and development of best-in-class client Management Information to meet strict requirements and deadlines will be a key deliverable of the contract.

Key Accountabilities:

Management of Contract Support team including Holiday, Reviews and Sickness.

Provide direct financial support & expertise to support the Finance Account Lead and Finance Analysts in providing best in class Management Information to both Client and GWS management

Ensure all invoices raised within the CS team are in line with the Contract and have sufficient back up

Be responsible for checking the aged debt report on a fortnightly basis and resolve any outstanding issues.

Responsible for tracking the Business Administrators P2P outputs by reviewing and highlighting issues for resolution on PO/WO and Invoice and ERP Rejection reports

Monitor/ create intercompany invoices and PO’s.

Collation and processing of monthly Security billings and PO adjustments alongside billing checklists using info supplied by the Regional Security Lead.

Ensure strong internal control environment with full adherence to SOX requirements.

Support where required, compilation of annual budgets & quarterly forecasts for both Client and CBRE.

Create and Upload to Ariba all Invoice files for UKI Finance Team submission to DB UK and maintain a Tracker of all invoices raised, consolidating for Month End Close Reporting

Collation of monthly payroll submissions to report to the finance team.

Assistance with MySupplier queries and submissions.

Collation, distribution, and monitoring of invoice pool and OPO reports.

Dimensions:

The Deutsche Bank contract is a 5-year contract on a principal basis covering 40 countries Globally across all regions. The UKI hub covers 2 countries, the UK alone being worth around 25% of the total in-scope DB portfolio.

Scope of Contract covers the integrated delivery of Facilities Management and Client Services as well as energy solutions.

Value of Contract - Revenue approximately $200m per annum (UKI Hub $40m).

Personal Experience/Qualifications/Skills:

Part-Qualified accountant with proven experience in the areas of P2P and  associated Financial Processes to include COS and UBR Accruals , AP and AR.

Excellent IT Skills with exposure to accounting packages (preference Dynamics/ Ariba), with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (to include lookups & pivot tables).

Able to demonstrate strong communication skills both written and verbal, and feel comfortable to interact with people at all levels across the account and develop effective relationships at all levels

Open and honest with high standards of personal integrity

Exposure of working in an environment where delivering financial information within tight timescales is a pre-requisite

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to support in finding effective solutions

A team-spirited attitude and a keen attention to detail ensuring accuracy and accountability in all outputs delivered (evidenced by auditable reconciliations in line with US GAAP / SOX)

Self-motivated, reliable & flexible team player, and able to work on own initiative.
