As the Lead Analyst, you will work in an agile Scrum environment driving and supporting delivery throughout the software development lifecycle.

Hybrid working from one of our offices – Livingston, Leeds or Osterley

What you’ll do:

• Lead and inspire a team of analysts to deliver high quality user outcomes ensuring alignment with Software Engineering and the various delivery teams across Sky
• Lead on portfolio scoping and priorisation activities for your area to enable estimation and roadmap planning
• Responsible for high level roadmap and alignment to scrum team(s)
• Champions an MVP approach, working with stakeholders to prioritisie business value
• Set direction for your team, whilst managing and growing your people
• Active contributor to department ways of working

What you’ll bring:

• Previous Agile experience, knowledge and understanding of different frameworks relating to Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, allowing you to recognise and change approach when department/business needs change
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the gravitas to contribute meaningfully and constructively discussions on priority and solutions
• Strong desire to promote and grow the analysis discipline
• Previous experience of leading a team including coaching and workload management
• The ability to maintain a holistic view of scope and understand and articulate low-level detail

Livingston Watermark House:
Our lively campus is a free shuttle bus away from Livingston South train station and the town centre. Plus there’s onsite parking available for cars, motorbikes and bicycles.
You’ll be well fed at our subsidised canteen, and you can keep in shape at our onsite gym. Or play a game of pool or table tennis.

Osterley
Our Osterley campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Chiswick Park, Gunnersbury, Acton Town and Ealing Broadway tube stations. There’s also plenty of parking, bike shelters and showers.
On campus you’ll find six subsidised restaurants and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed and even get pampered at our beauty salon.

Leeds
Our spacious tech hub is less than a mile from Leeds train station, with free water taxis available form Granary Wharf. There’s also plenty of parking in the surrounding streets and at the nearby CitiPark.
You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym or we even have pool and table tennis tables.
