About Us

The Group Transformation Retail team are looking for Business Managers to join them in delivering a leading customer experience. Retail Transformation are responsible for putting brilliant products into the hands of our customers and empowering its colleagues to continuously transform its services with the customer in mind.

Unlike some other returner programmes, this is the offer of a permanent role in a supportive working environment from day one. As is most of the world, the team is currently working remotely and this is something we intend to carry on embracing into the future. We expect this role to work in a hybrid way, flexing between working from home and a local office. We recognise that in order to attract the best people we need to be flexible – that ‘normal’ office hours aren’t always doable! Whilst we can’t accommodate every flexible working request, we're happy to be asked.

What's involved?

  • Financial forecasting and management of the lab budget
  • Governance and Risk Management oversight for Projects/Initiatives being delivered
  • People data management and support
  • Secretariat for key lab meetings
  • You'll play a key role in producing reports, returns and Management Information to the leadership team.

We'd love to see a number of the below aspects in your background:

  • A solid understanding of project governance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to produce storytelling collateral
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, take ownership to break down barriers and share successes / lessons / feedback
  • Proactively seek opportunities for improving what we do as a team, as well as themselves
  • Knowledge and experience of financial forecasting
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively with a wider team
