CBRE Integrated Laboratory Solutions, part of Global Workplace Solutions, is a leading global provider of Scientific Support Services. We are recruiting a Laboratory Workplace Consultant to join our team based in London. The Laboratory Workplace Consultant is at the forefront of the iLS business to develop, identify and manage specified program opportunities within the scientific laboratory space.  These include but are not limited to asset and space utilization technology deployment and consultancy, and laboratory workflow projects, as well as supporting the account leaders to help identify and lead opportunities.  This role is also responsible for support for our data programs and how we deploy and continue to develop enhanced analytics and dashboard reporting for our clients in a way that supports future value and competitive advantage.

Role Summary:

• Be an integral member our business in building the iLS projects and consultancy business
• Contribute to the understanding and development of technology platform associated with occupancy and equipment utilisation.
• Development of iLS Consulting team, including core consulting offerings and delivery of pipeline to sustain and grow consultancy team
• Continue to support the iLS way of working to cover a comprehensive suite of offerings to differing client needs around lifecycle asset management
• Strategic direction and thought leadership to emboss the iLS brand on the wider industry in respective workplace consultancy
• Lead and drive better scientific outcome initiatives and technologies outside of Time for Science for our clients that become our standard way of working for all clients.
• Establishment of suite of programs and delivery standards embedded within accredited standards in onsite account models
• Contribute to the ILS DAC way at appropriate conferences, seminars, client networking events to raise the profile.
• Lead, develop and grow account DAC teams to ensure continuity of service and ongoing development.
• Partnership – ownership to establish key provider relationships for supporting tools, technologies and methodologies
• Sales and Business development to support wider iLS business as required
• Ability to manage across boundaries both directly and indirectly through F2F and remote access as required to drive a successful team.
• Lead and inspire a team of direct reports who are well trusted across the business and seen as subject matter experts

Experience Required:

• Demonstrable experience in managing multi-disciplined workplace teams at both a local and geographically disperse level.
• In-depth knowledge of aspects of Laboratory Workplace
• Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets in scientific workplace.
• Provide demonstrated knowledge of Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Medical Device industry products and services. 
• Ability to develop and implement innovation and strategies across multiple sites and geographic locations.  Provide client facing experience, team building, strong organizational skills, project planning and management with a participatory management style.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office suite applications (specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio and Microsoft Project) as well as experience in CAD software applications.
