What’s the role about?

Assistant Merchandiser level required for Kids Clothing and Accessories brands.  Working with some of the most exciting brands in the UK from premium to high street on both concession and wholesale models.  You will work with your buyer to build ranges from brands, create collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and trade in season to drive sales and profits. 

You will analyse commercial inputs to develop, with the Buyer, the best range of products supported by effective and comprehensive range planning, stock management and margin modelling.

What you'll be doing as a Merchandiser - Kids Brands:

• You will work under the guidance of your Category Lead to deliver your agreed KPIs including; sales, profit, stock, skus, availability, margin and risk management.

• You will maximise opportunities as they arise and lead the in-season trading to potentialise the outcome for both customers and your category.

What you’ll have (essential):

• Merchandising background with experience of working with brands to build collaborative, commercial relationships

• Proven experience in range building, creating and managing OTB and risk optis/ WSSI's.

• Manage the intake and stock flow through the business 

• Manage the monthly budgets across sales, stocks and margin

• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver common goals. 

• Strong analytical skills and a passion for solving problems. 

• Ability to prioritise tasks in order of importance/ relevance

• Experience within fashion

• Experience of working with brands 

• Love for product
