About this role
In this role you will support the delivery of the Enterprise risk, control and assurance programme including the 1st line assurance programme for Billing and Revenue, in line with Group requirements.
You'll have the following responsibilities
Deliver key and non-key control reporting and assurance testing programme activities for Enterprise
Support the delivery of Enterprise’s 3 Lines of Defence programme, in line with Group requirements, including 1st line assurance programme activities for Finance and Revenue and Billing functions
Work with business and finance leads to identify, assess and document the risks and controls in our billing / revenue processes. Support the implementation of improvements in the Enterprise control environment to improve billing accuracy and reduce revenue leakage
Work with Group and other Customer Facing Units for matters relating to Enterprise’s risk, control and assurance programmes
Interface with external and internal auditors when needed
You'll have the following skills & experience
Understanding of controls, compliance and risk. Be able to identify process risks, then guide and help on remediation through addressing control weaknesses.
Billing & Finance processes. Be able to both recommend and implement efficiency and effectiveness measures, and testing of these control measures.
Business and Revenue Assurance. Provides guidance on revenue assurance activities for Order to Bill or Lead to Cash journeys.
Stakeholder Management. Manages relationships with external and internal stakeholders, including external auditors.
