This role will be 25 hours a week, Monday – Friday. Hours per day will be agreed with your line manager.

The Department
This role is a member of the Technology People team, part of the wider People Business Partnering team
The Technology People team is responsible for creating and delivering the People Strategy for Technology, enabling our people to deliver on TalkTalk’s priorities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The People Projects Administrator will play a crucial role supporting the People Business Partnering teams. Based within the Technology People Team, it will be responsible for data administration on a variety of People projects.
This role works alongside the People Business Partners, involved in strategic programmes aligned with the people priorities for TalkTalk.
The People Projects Administrator will co-ordinate with stakeholders across the Technology and People functions to create efficiencies where possible in our people processes. It will be responsible for manual data gathering and input, while creating and improving long term processes.
Responsible for creating and improving administrative processes within strategic People projects.
Ownership of data co-ordination for projects within the Technology People team
Represent the Technology People team in wider people projects, that require data input from the team.
Responsible for manually updating and maintaining Talent and Role people data in HR system (Workday)
Provide support with administrative tasks across the Technology People team and wider Business Partnering team.
