This role will be 25 hours a week, Monday – Friday. Hours per day will be agreed with your line manager.

The Department
The FTTP sales team has 6 people working in it currently and already has 5 Kickstarters! We are a new team and a brand new product to go to our customer base and prospect customers with. We are in total “start up†mode, meaning we have to change and adapt with the product as it grows. Every day we are learning more and more! We all work really closely together, whether that’s virtually or in the Soapworks offices, and we have regular daily calls and catch up meetings – the team have a wealth of knowledge and experience and are always on hand to help and assist where they can
Roles and Responsibilities:
The role of a Data support exec will be to work alongside a busy sales department, you will be buddied up with a sales exec and have numerous tasks throughout the day. These will range from checking internal systems to see which customers can have our new products and services, to completing admin and paperwork. There will also be an opportunity to contact customers to generate leads and sales opportunities. We have a Livechat facility whereby you would also be speaking to new and existing customers and handling their requests. You should have a good skillset in accuracy and a passion for hitting sales numbers and a motivation to get customers enthusiastic about our products and services.
