This role will be 25 hours a week, Monday – Friday. We are a flexible employer which means we work both at home, and in the office. Your hours and days in the office will be agreed with your line manager prior to starting.

Roles and Responsibilities:  

The Wholesale Credit Controller Administrator is responsible for supporting the Wholesale Credit Control Team.  Multiple roles are available with varying administration tasks which are driven by a risk led culture.  There is a further opportunity for exposure to telephone and letter collections and they will build strong internal and external relationships. 

Using a structured and analytical approach, adhering to processes, and adopting a risk focus, the Wholesale Credit Controller Administrator will, through resilience and determination, contribute to team goals by achieving their own targets. 

Balancing the needs of the business with the customer experience you will contribute to TalkTalk Wholesale’s Growth Strategy.

The Wholesale Credit Control Team are part of the wider Order2Cash function and are ultimately responsible for making sure that the services we provide are paid for to the agreed terms each month and that the partners we trade with continue to meet our risk policy. Credit is an experienced, dedicated, and resilient function, target driven both individually and at a team level.
