This role will be 25 hours a week, Monday – Friday. Hours per day will be agreed with your line manager.

The Department
The Wholesale marketing team is a small, dynamic, very busy team that supports the Wholesale Services division of TalkTalk. We are the growth engine of the business, supporting over 800 Partners deliver reliable, affordable connectivity to their customers.
The pace-is fast and no two days are the same, this is a great opportunity to gain experience across a wide range of marketing tactics from events to email communication and social media.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Marketing Administrator role will provide key administrative support to the marketing team and assist the team with the delivery marketing campaigns through in-life communication, customer events, and social media.
• Working with the Marketing Team and appointed agencies support the planning, delivery and execution of marketing campaigns and external communications.
• Maintain the email communications calendar tracking the key milestones in the process with internal stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Support the marketing team, working with external printers and agencies where necessary to deliver email & postal communications.
• Maintain and support the social media calendar, scheduling content to relevant social media channels.
• Support the Marketing Team with the delivery of exhibitions, hospitality and corporate events including virtual events and webinars.
• Oversee the stock of corporate merchandise and sales toolkits.
• Manage key meetings invites, agendas and reporting and monitoring of actions.
• Support with general administration for the team.
