This role will be 25 hours a week, Monday – Friday. Hours per day will be agreed with your line manager. Please note this role will be based in Gateshead.

The Department
The Voice Assurance Co-ordination team are based in the Gateshead office and are responsible for managing all faults and queries for all TTB Customers with voice products including Hosted Telephony and PBX. In addition, to provide support and assistance to the MAC team and technical support teams, while giving first class customer service. The team comprises two first line co-ordinators and eight second line engineers all dedicated to resolving customer faults in a timely fashion and delivery an outstanding customer service
Roles and Responsibilities:
To manage all faults and queries for all TTB Customers with voice products including Hosted Telephony and PBX. In addition, to provide support and assistance to the MAC Team and Technical Support Teams, while giving first class Customer Service.
Main tasks will include:
Provide a first class Customer Service experience
Fault logging
Resolving faults appropriate to a first line role
Utilising in house systems and applications
Purchase Order requisition
Engaging with other peer teams
