This role will be 25 hours a week, Monday – Friday. We are a flexible employer which means we work both at home, and in the office. Your hours and days in the office will be agreed with your line manager prior to starting.

Roles and Responsibilities:
The Quality & Risk Administrator will support our Wholesale Services team to deliver excellent quality services and to mitigate risk by co-ordinating and delivering data correction and risk framework activities.
We support our customers by making sure that the address records are accurate for the emergency services to use, when a 999 call is made.
This role is also key to support adherence to our risk framework and compliance with business standards by delivering a number of administrative and reporting tasks.
Responsibilities:
Emergency database address correction activities.
Engaging wholesale partners to issue address exceptions for correction.
Helping to educate our partners re the importance of, and how to correct data, handling objections where they arise.
Capture business risks and mitigating actions from stakeholders.
Ensure colleagues complete mandatory training and other ISO9001 accountabilities.
Update and issue quality related business reporting.
To be successful in this role you will need the following in your skill set:
Be able to work autonomously.
Know how to use Microsoft office programs to a basic level.
Able to communicate clearly and succinctly by email, call or video with business stakeholders or Wholesale partners.
Analytical mindset. You can spot trends in information and question when things don’t look right.
