This role will be 25 hours a week, Monday – Friday. We are a flexible employer which means we work both at home, and in the office. Your hours and days in the office will be agreed with your line manager prior to starting.

Roles and Responsibilities:  

The Property Coordinator role will support the Property & Workplace team in making TalkTalk a great place to work. 

Based at our Salford HQ with occasional travel to Irlam, your role will help ensure maintenance and repairs happen in a timely manner, that lease obligations are fulfilled by both TalkTalk and our tenants, and that our buildings are safe, secure and are an environment our staff can thrive. 

This role is ideal for anyone considering a career in facilities or property management.   

Responsibilities will include: 

  • Reviewing, challenging, and approving quotations for building maintenance and repairs to ensure correct scope and value for money. 

  • Liaising with tenants, landlords and in house teams on financial matters 

  • Processing of rent and associated payments. 

  • Implementing and improving our security processes to keep our buildings secure & comply with required standards. 

  • Working with our facilities team to ensure meeting and collaboration spaces are set up correctly for events.  

  • Coordination of office moves and refurbishments.  

  • Administration of property databases 

  • Administration of car parking for staff

The Department 

The Property & Workplace team manage several offices all round the country for over 1500 employees as well as multiple tenants. Working with our outsourced facilities partner, we keep the building’s mechanical & electrical systems online to ensure our staff can keep our network running, as well as reception, car parking, catering, security, and general day to day office requirements. We are also responsible for income to the business from commercial tenants and ensuring we comply our own contractual obligations to landlords.
