This role will be 25 hours a week, Monday – Friday. Hours per day will be agreed with your line manager.

The Department
The PR team at TalkTalk includes the PR Manager and Head of PR. The team is part of the wider External comms, Public Affairs and Regulation team. We also work with a roster of PR agencies which support with PR activity across TalkTalk Consumer and TalkTalk Business. You’ll be reporting to the PR Manager and Head of PR.
Roles and Responsibilities:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, digitally savvy PR Executive to support the Consumer PR team, helping to deliver consumer-facing campaigns and reactive stories aimed at promoting our very latest products and innovations. As part of the role the PR Executive will also support TalkTalk Business’s PR activity as well as play a key role in ensuring we monitor and protect the company’s external reputation. Tasks will include: Supporting the PR Manager and Head of PR with national and hyper-local campaigns, reactive news jacking opportunities, and influencer activations across consumer and B2B. Write and review media materials such as press releases, media alerts, briefs and blogs. Represent the consumer PR team in meetings and manage internal stakeholders. Help to manage our roaster of PR agencies. Support with media sell-ins.
