This role will be 25 hours a week, Monday – Friday. Hours per day will be agreed with your line manager.

The Department

The Corporate Affairs and Regulation team is responsible for managing, building and protecting TalkTalk’s external reputation, defining policy positions, responding to consultations and engaging with national and regional media – it’s all part of the day job for this team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support the corporate affairs team in building partnerships with local organisations in our community.
• support on building partnerships with local charities and schools, including building volunteering opportunities, as well as local government bodies.
• helping TalkTalk be a business leader in Salford and across Greater Manchester.
• Interest in current affairs would be ideal but not essential.
• Knowledge on Salford would be ideal but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills as you will be required to speak to a wide range of people and build relationships.
• Organisation skills
