This role will be 25 hours a week, Monday – Friday. We are a flexible employer which means we work both at home, and in the office. Your hours and days in the office will be agreed with your line manager prior to starting.

Roles and Responsibilities:  

  • Managing a professional relationship with our key partners.  

  • Ensuring that all our partner queries received are resolved promptly, efficiently and accurately.  

  • Learn how to interact with our Partner/Customer and internal community across a multitude of channel options. 

  • To be able to manage time effectively to deal with and prioritise workload generated from the customer base.  

  • Understand the communication with internal departments and external networks to rectify problems and offer solutions, whilst maintaining view of the committed targets.

During the placement, you will be fully supported through the following ways:

  • Training and development workshops to support employability and interpersonal skills  

  • An assigned buddy within your team  

  • A mentor from our senior leader population  

  • Bespoke Kickstart diary to capture your learnings and progress throughout  

  • CV/LinkedIn and Job Application support with mock interviews

The Department 

Working as part of the Customer support function, this role will be to deliver a professional level of service to our Partners, establishing successful relationships and ensuring accountability for all requests and actions. You will support with administration tasks to help manage successful delivery of committed service levels whilst achieving operational and contractual targets.
