At Summerset we are here to bring the best of life to our residents. To do this, we have created a brand-new role to help provide the safest, healthiest and most enjoyable lifestyle that is possible for Summerset Care Centre residents.
In this role you will provide high quality support to residents in a way that is respectful and considerate. With a strong focus on person-centred care, you will help residents in their daily activities and cultural programmes while focusing on improving independence with mobility therapy, supporting access and participation in recreation and diversional therapy - especially in the afternoons for people living with Dementia.
