He korero mo te turanga - The role

Naturally, you will be a staunch advocate for Te Ao Maori and Tikanga Maori, with a passion for people, being vital in the Kaiarahi role. The role is varied and requires travel across Northland. You will play an integral and active part in the regional leadership to influence how services and tikanga are delivered throughout the region. The relationships you build and the networks you bring to the role will ensure you're successful.

You will have a blended schedule of working autonomously, interacting with Te Puna Ora team and Regional teams with evolving responsibilities.
