The role of the Global People Solutions Team is to enable a people experience that is unique to CHANEL as human-centered employer, leveraging people data and digital solutions.

To support the Organization and People strategy and vision, we are progressively developing and implementing a comprehensive eco-system of global people digital solutions. We are now at a stage where we have several solutions to manage concurrently, each of them being at a different stage of deployment.

We are looking to reinforce our project management pillar to sustain our ability to design and deploy new solutions across the globe in close collaboration with our global subject matter experts and our Organization & People regional teams as well as scoping and discovering new solutions tied to emerging needs.

What impact you can create/ What you will be responsible of:

Reporting to the People Solutions Project Manager, you will work in partnership with internal stakeholders as well as other team members to support the development and implementation of major projects you will be contributing to. You will also get the opportunity to own the delivery of small to medium projects.

  • Work closely with the People Solutions Project Manager on key project tasks and activities, coordinating the project deliverables from initial discovery, through RFI/RFP to the design and deployment of the solution and ensuring their quality. Maintain action logs, risk logs… including setting deadlines responsibilities and chasing progress
  • Participate in designing and refining the project management methodology based on the project stakes
  • Participate to the elicitation of the business requirements, ensuring adherence to our company narrative and people commitments
  • Support the configuration activities in partnership with the provider and the regions, ensuring the overall design guiding principles are translated into action. Explain functionality and provide instruction for ongoing use to global, regional, or local deployment core teams
  • Support the definition of the deployment schedule, where needed, under the guidance of the global, regional, or local deployment core teams
  • Prepare stakeholder mapping, communication as well as change/adoption plan. Handle whenever needed the creation of communication and adoption materials, including blended learning assets and in-solution guidance
  • Ensure all project related key documentation along the whole project cycle is up to date and properly indexed and stored
  • Alongside other team members, co-build and manage the knowledge database related to new solutions brought in the portfolio
  • Handle ticket management alongside other team members during the deployment phase as well as during the support phase as appropriate and needed so that we can ensure service continuity towards our regions. Support the service performance evaluation of third-party system suppliers against agreed SLAs
  • Support in the collation of project learnings and best practices to contribute to the continuous improvement of the project management pillar
  • In partnership with the People Solutions Project Manager and People Analytics team, build and run appropriate reports and dashboards related to the new solutions brought to live

To do this role creatively and effectively, staying at the edge of what is happening in the field of people technology and company’s best practices in this domain will be important as for every member of the People Solutions Team.

What you will bring/have:

  • 3-4 years of proven Project Management experience in a multi-project management environment.
  • Excellent planning and execution skills
  • Good knowledge of HR digital and solutions across more than one HR domain
  • English Fluency – Additional foreign languages are a plus
  • Robust communication skills with experience working across cultures and matrix organizations
  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations professionally, flexing approach according to the audience
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Ability to take the initiative  
  • Flexibility, curiosity, enthusiasm
  • Resilient to stress, resourceful and solution driven
