Our client in East Auckland, is looking for someone to join their team as a Junior Marine Mechanic. This is an entry level position that will teach you everything you need to know about the Marine Industry.

This role will see you working across the warehouse, customer service, workshop, warranty department and out in the field learning how to install marine engines and supply technical advice.

Once you have finished your training, you will be proficient with one of the leading Industry powerhouses when it comes to engines and marine drives.

Role responsibilities

• General warehousing duties
• Customer service, on the phone and in person
• Helping with training courses across the network
• Warranty processing
• Sales support
• Marine installation
• Technical advice

To be successful in this role you need

• Technical knowledge or trade
• Full driving license
• Interest in the marine industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer , Excel & Inventory Management software would be advantageous
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
