What will you do?

We are on the lookout for either a junior or intermediate level Interior Designer to join our Christchurch based team. In this role, you will be vital in supporting the wider design team to develop our beautiful villages. Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct design briefs to fully understand the specifications for each new project, as well as produce concept designs for the interiors of our new villages
• Provide relevant schedules, drawings and documentation and work closely with our construction design team to ensure designs are appropriate for consent, ensuring a smooth construction process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our key suppliers of lighting, joinery etc., ensuring we continue to enhance the environments we create

Who are you?

• You have a relevant degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture / Spatial Planning
• You have experience in the use of 2D design software and 3D software, ideally Revit
• You will have an enthusiastic 'can do' attitude and be able to fit into a dynamic and proactive team
