We’re looking for someone personable and charismatic who is hungry for a unique opportunity with exciting potential for growth. We need a Junior Client Support person to provide our clients with an amazing experience while using our software product.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will:

• Be personable and charismatic.
• Have strong speaking and writing skills.
• Be highly proficient using computers and software.
• Be a good problem solver.
• Have good time management skills.
• Previous experience in customer support, technical support or working in the mortgage/insurance/investment space would be a plus.

Responsibilities

You’ll be encouraged to bring your unique perspective to the table. We want everyone to be contributing to the growth of the business. Responsibilities will include:

• Handling client support requests relating to our software, oftentimes calling them to provide assistance.
• Onboarding new clients to our software and making sure they are properly set up. 
• Updating customer records in our CRM.
• Communicating client issues to the development team through our internal task management software, Asana. 
• Maintaining customer training and support documentation and knowledge base.

The Location

Trail is based in Pakuranga Heights, Auckland. There is parking and minimal traffic. Every morning at 11:30am we take a break as a team and go for a walk. The ideal candidate will have their own car and a full New Zealand Drivers Licence
