- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
- Solve technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups
- Troubleshoot recurring technical issues and suggest solutions to address the root of the problems
- Provide IT assistance for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other software applications used internally
- 2+ years of prior experience
- Understanding of basic networking concepts
- User administration and bug fixing in a client-server environment
- IT support ticketing system experience
- Good understanding of IP Routing Protocols
- General familiarity with Group Policy
- Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server
- Earlier work involving VLAN
- Previous experience working with IP Routing
- Skills in IP Routing Protocols
- Comprehension of Wireless Networking
- MS Windows 10 experience preferred
- Proven knowledge of Active Directory
- Wide ranging experience with Networking
- Quality experience with Networking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server 2008
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure
- Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Office 365
- Practical knowledge of DHCP DNS
- Experience with MS Windows Server 2012
- Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
