Job Description
This role will provide the successful candidate with an opportunity to expand their application testing and release management experience into real-time business system solutions. This role will ensure system uptime, data integrity and actively driving changes and projects which support our National Supply Chain department.
Role Responsibilities:
- Providing level 2 support for National Supply Chain applications using ServiceNOW
- Coordinating and actively partake in test and release management activities for applications supported by National IT Supply Chain
- Performing root cause analysis related to incident management
- Receiving and coordinating application change requests using Service NOW ticketing system
- Coordinating and liaising with Business Partners
- Provide after hours support for business-critical functions based on a week-on rotating roster, approximately one in every 8 weeks.

Selection Criteria:
- Proven experience in end-to-end application lifecycle management
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be on call after hours on a rotational basis approx. one in every 8 weeks.
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic to advanced knowledge of SQL and VBA is highly desirable
- Previous experience with SAP ERP, SAP Forecasting and Replenishment and SAP CAR is highly desirable
- Understanding of retail supply chain is highly desirable
- ITIL certification is highly desirable
