The Role
Our Technology department have a unique opportunity for a Site Operations Coordinator to join the team in New Zealand. Reporting into the Site Operations Manager (based in Australia), you will provide support to our New Zealand Store estate by ensuring all required IT equipment and services are fully operational or ceased as appropriate for store openings, relocations, expansions, refurbishments, and closures.
As the Site Operations Coordinator, you will co-ordinate and process various store rollout requests, manage and coordinate with store partners and IT support office personnel to ensure IT servers are operational and working currently. Your role will be based in Auckland with regular travel within the country to support IT store works. There will be occasional opportunities to travel overseas to Australia as required by the business.
What we are looking for
• Able to work autonomously and in a team
• A passion for technology and an understanding of IT equipment and networking concepts
• Able to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively with several items on the go
• Strong communication skills and confidence in directing vendors and providing updates to Store Partners on progress
• Current Driver’s License
