We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and forward-thinking IT Project Manager who will ensure the delivery of omnichannel Projects within retail and digital areas, both for UK and overseas projects as part of the Harrods Group.

The role requires project management expertise and experience of leading both internal and external teams from a variety of technical & business disciplines to deliver new systems and functionality to the business. This will not only involve the production of detailed plans and project documentation but also continual leadership of the project team through the provision of support and guidance.

The IT Project Manager’s prime responsibility is to ensure that all organisational procedures are adhered to, objectives are set and met, and that all benefits are fully realised from the implementation of the change. Successful delivery will be achieved through adapting both agile and waterfall methodologies as appropriate.

About Us

Harrods’ IT comprises technologies that provide services to support our luxury store in Knightsbridge, Crown Court offices, Hammersmith Head Office, Trevor Square and TVDC Thatcham Distribution sites, Harrods’ Airport stores, Harrods Estates offices, satellite offices and remote workers. The IT services are supported by a mix of in-house technology teams and 3rd party technology partners.

About You

As a skilful Project Manager with a background in IT, you will have knowledge of retail systems, eCommerce and experience of working with digital technologies and projects.
