We are looking for an experienced Field Services Engineer to work onsite at our client’s sites to perform hands on support work to a small team. You will be able to hit the ground running and provide sound technical support to staff.   This role is PART TIME during business hours – working 2- 3 days per week (7 hours per day).

To be considered you will have:

• Windows 10 OS experience
• SCCM/ EUC highly advantageous
• MS Office Suite experience
• O365 experience
• New Laptop deployment
• Strong ITIL experience
• Hardware life-cycling experience
• 2-3 years’ experience in a Desktop Support/ Field Services Engineer role supporting corporate clients
• Clear communication skills
• A customer centric attitude
