Job Description
This position is an intermediate level position responsible for the overall administrative activities of a business. You will be responsible for Employee Engagement (including event coordination, Voice-of-the-Employee activities, etc.), Supplier Management and Reporting. In addition, you will have the opportunity to contribute to other areas such as Workforce Management, Financial Management, Records Management and Continuity of Business activities. You may assist in risk-related activities as they pertain to Business Management tasks and work on ad hoc projects as requested.
Responsibilities:
- Interface with managers, staff and the CTI Communications team to plan, coordinate and execute seamless Employee Engagement sessions, such as All-Hands calls, Town Halls, Technology Demonstrations, and Voice-of-the-Employee related events and various communications
- Coordinate, create and maintain internal social-media and Wiki sites (Citi Collaborate, SharePoint, Confluence, MS Teams, etc.), creating engaging spaces for team collaboration and communication with other organizations
- Work with senior managers to provide inputs to CTI's Monthly Operating Report
- Work with team to improve reporting capabilities through automation, dashboards, and process improvement
- Provide consistent, scheduled reporting for areas of responsibility, and ad-hoc reports for other areas when needed
- Provide Supplier Management support, by acting as Business Activity Owner (BAO) Support for contract/supplier relationship owners, ensuring that all Third Party Management policies and processes are executed in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain accurate inventory of Supplier Relationships and Contracts found within organization, including data elements and financials
- Coordinate and work with team members to ensure that supplier contracts are managed (created, renewed, terminated) according to approved strategies and within approved budgets
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
- Work on ad-hoc projects as requested
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience
- You have advanced Excel expertise including demonstrated capabilities with pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, and formulas
- You have experience with databases and information management
- You consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- You are excited to learn new things
- You work well within a team, recognizing that the team's success is also your success
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
