Skills & Experience required

• Expert understanding of the insurance industry–particularly understanding insurance balance sheets and capital

• Strong understanding of constraints and demands of annuity books including matching adjustment regulations

• Solid experience of investing in private/illiquid asset classes

• Experienced understanding of investment strategy and investment decision making frameworks for large annuity writers

• Proven experience of building investment processes and investment strategy

• London salary of up to £146,000 outside London salary up to £110,650 depending on skills, experience and qualifications
