The EMEA DCM Syndicate Associate is an intermediate level position responsible for assisting clients in raising funds in the debt capital markets.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of Citi’s EMEA Debt Capital Markets activities, with a primary focus on Emerging Markets
• Develop and maintain issuer and investor client relationships in support of capital raising
• Leverage credit skills in the syndication of new issuance
• Establish effective partnerships across Citi’s BCMA and Markets divisions
• Administrative duties relating to the syndication of new issuance
• Observe appropriate risk, legal and compliance controls

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Strong verbal communication and client-facing skills
• Proven commercial and collaborative mind-set
• Proven track record of strong teamwork

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
