About you

• Extensive knowledge of local ERP systems (SAP, SAGE) experience at least 2 years

• Experience in accounting operations or shared services roles of a growing global company

• Agile learner taking accountability for developing and delivering a serviced based approach with internal customers and the outsourcing provider.

• Good understanding of Service Management and passion for continuous improvement

• Strong understanding of best practices/delivery models when working with external partners.

• Delivery management experience and track record in successful client relationship management.

• Proven ability to support and effectively implement policies, procedures and controls.
