Reporting to the Director of International Business Development, you will be responsible for managing the activities of internal and external teams / resources from multiple business disciplines to effectively manage the successful delivery of projects within the International Business Development roadmap.

You will work with business stakeholders across different divisions and within different regions/countries and time-zones to communicate priorities, ensuring key requirements are clearly defined and projects are being delivered to Harrods high standards and expectations and on time. With visibility over the entire project, you will also continue to keep the business updated of any key areas of risk to the project and considerations as how best to minimize.

About You

You will be skilled at project mapping, very familiar with project software, identifying process improvements, recommending system implementations, and identifying where Knightsbridge systems may need localising for the international market – for example database management etc.

You must be able to adapt and work effectively with varied and changing situations, individuals or groups and across multiple time-zones, most commonly the Far-East and the Middle East.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are key; a commercial and bold thinker, process driven. We will also be looking for a demonstrable understanding and experience of managing risk.
