About this role

Lead, coach, motivate and create a high performance culture within the team

Deliver target, KPI measures, this involves reporting, consolidation, providing commentary, analysis, building action plan

Empower & engage your Team to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement towards objectives.

Ensure compliance

Analyse and summarise financial data into reports to identify efficiency opportunity. Measure and track team and individual performance.

Question and challenge the way things are done and work with others to secure process to which your role and the wider team contributes

Implement the recommended processes and monitor closely the associated performance, identify any deviation and take respective actions to remedy

You'll have the following skills & experience

Soft skills:

Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements

Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes while delivering a service

Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group setting to achieve common goals

Communicating effectively and efficiently while adapting to your audience and getting the message through as intended
