6 - 12 month Fixed Term Contract
HC-One are on a mission to be the first choice care home for Residents and colleagues in each of the communities we serve.
Our Resourcing Department play a key role in supporting our Care Homes and Support teams to attract, engage and recruit only the kindest people to provide quality care and support, making a difference to the lives of Residents.
We are looking for a driven, pro-active and experienced recruiter to complement our existing team by sourcing, engaging and successfully recruiting candidates for a wide variety of roles.
This role will offer hybrid working, with a minimum of 1 day office based.
Closing Date: Friday 12th November 2021
About You
You will have proven experience in a recruitment background, either in-house or agency. You will be experienced and confident in effectively managing key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ideally, you will have experience of recruitment in the social care sector, however, you will have access to our learning & development programmes and support from the team to build your knowledge.
In this challenging and rewarding role you will ensure that the hiring needs within your area of responsibility are met working closely with resourcing and hiring managers ensuring activity and performance objectives are achieved.
