The role:
The Resourcing Specialist is responsible for owning the end to end recruitment strategy & process for Digital Sales for both internal & external candidates; including accountability for the successful implementation of the employee on boarding process i.e. security checks, SAP build, contract generation. Additionally, there is a requirement to continually balance a focus on proactive transformational projects aligned to the HR People plan to drive innovation and support the business strategy.
Responsible for direct sourcing, pipelining to offer management, the Resourcing Specialist will be focused on the candidate experience, maintaining quality standards as well as designing & implementing strategic projects from a recruitment perspective to improve the overall Digital Sales function aligned to the HR strategic people plan.
With a focus on understanding the business, building effective relationships with the management team and stakeholders in the local market and VOIS, whilst meeting the challenges a fast paced environment a global Digital Sales function presents; this role is dynamic and exciting for anyone wanting to make an impact, grow and develop beyond the everyday.
Key accountabilities:
• Oversee & drive the entire E2E recruitment process from sourcing through to offer management.
• Build and strengthen relationships with hiring managers through resource planning, job specification and on-going talent pooling
• Actively seek out fresh and original sourcing strategies to meet current and future demands
• Produce timely and accurate resourcing data insights for management & leadership
• Own the Recruitment strategy for Digital Sales
• Establish and build relationships with stakeholders in the Local Markets & VOIS to ensure alignment with Vodafone standards & ways of working
• Establish and promote the Employer Brand for Digital Sales in conjunction with Vodafone standard guidelines
• Ensure a positive candidate experience is maintained throughout the recruitment process & there are clear lines of accountability maintained between the Recruitment function & management. .
• Contribute to the wider HR Digital Sales agenda, supporting colleagues in the wider global HR team in line with knowledge, experience & skillset.
Core competencies and knowledge:
• Passion about the candidate experience and hiring manager experience while displaying exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience within the Direct Sales, Technology & Communications space is ideal but not essential for this role
• Deep professional knowledge and track record of success in a hiring environment
• Ability to identify both high performance and high potential candidates in a competitive marketplace.
• Strong stakeholder management skills (required for influencing at Leadership Team level)
Experience and Qualifications:
• Deep functional expertise across all areas of resourcing
• Expert knowledge of direct sourcing methodologies, the executive search market, and relevant industries to identify scarce skills.
• Supplier/vendor management experience
