What we're looking for

• Experience working in an internal recruitment or RPO environment is ideal (across a wide range of skill sets), preferably within an HR team/function and with interviewing experience
• Experience using recruitment systems; Taleo or Workday would be beneficial
• Very strong planning, administration and organisational skills.
• A proven standout colleague, always proactively willing to offer support to colleagues when needed.
• A passion for recruitment
• Someone to be an influencer with our social media activities
• Sound knowledge of employment law and HR issues
• Fun and engaging.
