A career in Firm Strategy and Communications, will provide you with the opportunity to establish effective communication programmes that promote and protect PwC’s vision, strategy, values, and purpose. What you'll create and do

As a Senior Associate on the internal communications team, you will join a team of high-performing individuals who are problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. This role will support specifically, but not be limited to Human Capital, Inclusion and Diversity and Culture and Values. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Write and review high quality communications which may include internal news items, digital screens, videos, speeches or internal campaigns

  • Editing with an eye for detail and an ability to understand business and technical content and what's in it for the intended audience

  • Ensure that communications follow brand guidelines and major grammar principles

  • Co-develop communication plans and work with stakeholders to execute against these plans

  • Collaborate with the design team to produce creative content as needed

  • Post/upload communications to internal platforms including Sharepoint and Igloo Online.

  • Conduct research to support key initiatives 

  • Provide metrics and reporting on internal communications

  • Update and manage intranet pages 

  • Support internal staff calls or events as required including sourcing of content and technology

What you’ll bring to this role:

  • An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work

  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives

  • Proven professional experience in a communications and/or marketing and/or public relations role within a fast paced environment

  • Experience and confidence working with mid-level and/or senior stakeholders 

  • Superior time management and organizational skills to manage timelines

  • Ability to quickly build trust and rapport with stakeholders 

  • A natural curiosity and willingness to explore new ways of delivering information 

  • Demonstrated success in understanding the needs and sensitivities of different audiences and adapting appropriate writing style and content

  • Track record of problem solving

  • Creative, innovative and problem-solving skills

  • Bilingual (written, spoken) proficiency in French and English is considered an asset
