We are currently looking for a talented Internal Comms Lead to join our team and support the work we are doing to improve colleague engagement across TalkTalk! This is an exciting opportunity which encompasses communications support for our Tech and Security business unit as well as leading on communications for our employee networks and initiatives across Diversity & Inclusion, CSR and sustainability.
Responsibilities:
50% of the role will include:
Comms & Engagement Lead for Technology & Security: You'll be working closely with the TS Leadership team and the People Director for Teach & Security to support and deliver comms initiatives, events and updates for the team, to help ensure our Tech and Security colleagues are engaged and feel connected to each other and the rest of the business.
The remaining 50% of the role will include:
Communications Support for Employee Networks, CSR and Sustainability. You'll be working closely with our employee networks, our CSR and Sustainability teams to engage and enthuse colleagues. To be the point of contact for these teams to guide and advise on communicating with colleagues. You will also own our Diversity & Inclusion calendar to help us celebrate key dates in the year.
This is a varied role which includes co-ordination of comms and events so we're looking for someone who is really organised and good at working with others both within the internal communications team and in other areas of the business. You'll need to be a skilled written and verbal communicator too.
External Comms Liason: You'll also work closely with our External Comms team to ensure our two teams work hand-in-hand.
Social& Strategic events support: You will work other members of the Internal Comms team to help organise strategic events and social events.
