Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Previous internal communications experience
• Budget management, campaign management and stakeholder management
• Understands the role for communications, the benefits and drawbacks of key employee communications channels and can formulate outcome-based integrated plans
• Experience of owning and managing communications campaigns/projects (and taking steps to gain measurement/data/insight)
• Evidence of professional qualification in communication or membership e.g., CIPR would be beneficial

What you’ll get for this role:

• Starting salary between £35,000 and £45,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
