The Internal Communications role will focus on inspiring all our staff to become advocates of Sky Creative by helping them to understand the overall vision, our priorities and the opportunities that Sky Creative offers them professionally and personally.

Reporting into the ECD of Promotions, you’ll handle all the internal and external comms for Sky Creative, from press releases around our biggest Advertising shoots to the weekly all-agency email updates. You’ll also be charged with organising awards entries, internal team events and making sure our website and social media accounts remain up-to-date and relevant.

What you’ll do:

• Execute an agreed communications strategy ensuring engagement at all levels of Sky Creative!
• Stay across key projects and generate buzz inside and outside the business.
• Keep our website and social media accounts up to date – continually seek and exciting new ways to drive engagement.
• Source, measure and evaluate communication and campaign feedback, reporting on results and sharing recommendations with key partners.
• Ensure feedback from our People Surveys are factored into the communications strategy and developed as part of our overall People Plan.

What you’ll bring:

• Communications or events experience in either a large organisation or a creative organisation.
• Passion for Creative, advertising, broadcast or design and an awareness of current trends.
• Strong all-round communicator, comfortable working across all forms of media.
• Excellent written skills and sound sense of judgement.
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing many different stakeholders and competing priorities to maximum effect!
• Be an active team player. Provide advice, input and ideas on wider key internal communication initiatives being led by colleagues.

As part of Sky’s Consumer Group, Sky Creative Agency provides Advertising, Brand Design and Broadcast Creative for multiple partners across the business. We have recently integrated Sky Works, Sky’s in-house Trading agency to create a fully integrated 360 through-the-line operation.

Our work is varied, from Broadcast Design teams embedded in Sky News to specialist digital performance marketing teams, brand Advertising and Master brand ownership. Our Osterley campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Chiswick Park, Gunnersbury, Acton Town and Ealing Broadway tube stations. There’s also plenty of parking, bike shelters and showers.
