What you’ll do:

• You’ll manage the development of all internal communication campaigns, from creating plans to maximising internal engagement, through to delivery, managing an agreed internal communications budget.
• With a diverse workforce across Europe, you will need to be innovative and creative, developing assets, tools and supporting materials to ensure campaigns land effectively for a wide-ranging audience, ensuring employees are engaged and managers empowered with the right tools to deliver comms effectively on People Matters.
• You will develop and deliver all BAU internal communication channels/tools and quarterly plans to engage all our teams in key campaigns across all CBO; from people initiatives, business updates, celebrating success, as well as specific key projects.
• You will lead, create, and maintain the Mental Health and Wellbeing communications strategy that is aligned to the needs our People and provide Managers with the information required to be able to support their teams in the most effective way.
• You will ensure all comms activities deliver clear, consistent messages, balancing local requirements in the territories, for all audiences, aligned to Sky branding and coordinate Sky Media internal conference(s), town halls etc, working with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
• You will work with key internal stakeholders at all levels, to ensure comms are focused and deliver on key messages and objectives, building a broad network across Sky, with specific focus on wider Sky internal comms team to ensure a joined-up approach.

• Excellent written presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver work to a high standard under time pressure.
• Experience working at or supporting a leading media or technology-focused organisation.
