The AGCO-Hesston Engineering internship program is designed to identify promising undergraduate students and give them robust and meaningful engineering projects than can be completed within a 10-12 week time frame. While there will be a range of different projects, all projects will require significant mechanical knowledge, research and collaboration with other engineers.
Each intern will be paired up with a manager or supervisor and an experienced engineer. The manager will serve as a counselor and will meet with the intern at least monthly to give career guidance and counseling. The Engineer will be a peer / coach who will help the intern with any day-to-day questions. The internship program also offers great opportunities and events for networking and summer fun to get to know your AGCO colleagues and fellow interns.
As an Intern, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of a specific engineering project, seeing it from start to finish. You will be expected to \"ramp up\" quickly and integrate seamlessly within engineering team.
Opportunities available include manufacturing engineering, test engineering, software engineering, and design engineering.
