To support our extensive hiring requirements across Technology and Product, we like to partner with a highly experienced technology talent acquisition expert, to join us for a six-month contract to begin as soon as possible.  Operating as a strategic talent acquisition expert, this assignment will partner with and support the most senior leaders across the BBC’s Technology & Product business. 

Our talent acquisition strategy and operational execution plan will be all encompassing; to include and not restricted to attraction, D&I contribution, employer brand, sourcing and outreach, direct / passive sourcing process, stakeholder management, KPI management and enhancing recruiting performance.

Role Responsibility

• An initial review and activation to ensure operationally we are in best shape to deliver short term  
• Full end-to-end review of talent acquisition to fully understand all talent influencing dynamics and landscape
• Creation and alignment of strategic and operationally impactful technology and digital talent acquisition strategies and processes, to be put in place rapidly and efficiency

The Ideal Candidate

• Highly skilled at influencing and driving positive change among a senior and complex set of stakeholders.
• Experience of assessing diverse  third party solutions, including recruitment process outsourcing / RPO is also critical
• Demonstrate extensive success formulating technology talent acquisition strategies, with a strong track record of meeting strategic and tactical business objectives

This can be a fixed term contract or day rate engagement.
