Therefore, you’ll be coming on board at a particularly critical time, when our entire Talent Acquisition team itself is also undergoing transformation and evolving, to help deliver on the BBC’s vision. The capability and willingness to work in an evolving and challenging environment will therefore be a key attribute of yours.

Additional high-level accountabilities include:

• Partner with stakeholders across talent acquisition and human resource senior leadership to deliver highly effective passive sourcing and talent pipelining outcomes to build our transforming talent acquisition team, positioning the BBC as an employer of choice.
• Drive continuous improvement for sourcing across talent acquisition, market mapping, employer branding and process optimisation, to ensure a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience, as well as supporting the development, capabilities and promotion of talent already in the organization.
• Operating in line with the BBC inclusive sourcing strategy and support the building of inclusive sourcing capability across the talent acquisition team.
• Ensure global recruitment, an incoming CRM system and data processes are fully utilised and all data and market intelligence is kept up to date and accurate, whilst ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Contribute to a high performance and inclusive team culture. Ensure delivery against service level agreements and KPIs to enhance the reputation of the BBC Talent Acquisition function through excellent service and professionalism.
• Be a visible member of the Talent Acquisition team, actively contributing to the wider Talent Acquisition and People and Organisational Development strategy and goals as appropriate.
• Be an ambassador for the function and represent the BBC Talent Acquisition team internally and externally through networks and communities of practice as appropriate.
