Interim CRM Executive – 6-month FTC / Salary £28,000 to £32,000 for national locations and c. £40,000 for London
Are you currently looking for your next role, having recently undertaken a CRM (Customer relationship management) focused position? Or are you a recent graduate, who has a highly analytical mindset and is now keen to kick-start a CRM marketing career? If so, we may have the perfect contract opportunity for you…
A bit about the job:
You will join Aviva’s General Insurance (GI) Marketing team on a 6-month contract, where you will be responsible for building and changing effective automated multi-channel marketing campaigns for our GI products i.e., Car, Home and Travel insurance. This will be achieved via our in-house CRM system, Adobe Campaign - so being able to hit the ground running with similar systems / programs will be an important part of the role. You will also have to liaise regularly with stakeholders across the business, working closely with the creative owners to update, replace or implement new email creatives - so being able to communicate confidently about your work will also be a must.Â
Aviva introduced “smart-working†in 2020 and encourage flexible working; however, the successful post-holder will be required to visit our Norwich offices up to twice a month, during the duration of the contract. Â
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Prior experience of undertaking a CRM or campaign data planning role (or can demonstrate a strong interest in this field as a recent graduate - you MUST have an A level or degree in the following subjects(s): Maths, Science or computing, to showcase your data skills)
Excellent IT skills, with the ability to pick up new systems with ease. Prior experience of using CRM systems, such as Adobe Campaign, will be highly desirable
Strong numerical and logical thinking skills with the ability to implement multiple simultaneous projects and prioritise business needs
Strong interpersonal skills, with the confidence to communicate up to director level
Collaborative working style / team player attitude
What you’ll get for this role:
Pro rata salary of £28,000 to £32,000 (FTE) for national locations and circa £40,000 (FTE) for London (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
Generous pension (starting level Aviva contributes 8% when you contribute 2%)
Eligibility for annual performance bonus
Family friendly parental and carer’s leave
25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays and the option to buy/sell up to 5 additional days
Up to 40% discount for Aviva products
