A career within Financial Services Solutions, will provide you the opportunity to use sophisticated models to value complex financial instruments and design strategies that reduce risk and maximise business opportunities for our clients. What you’ll create and do 

As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Supporting engagements and build collaborative relationships with team members and clients.

Communicate complex information effectively in written and verbal formats to various situations and audiences.

Conducting and managing market research and quantitative and qualitative analysis, including the synthesis of complex data into meaningful insights.

Approaching new projects with an open mind.

Demonstrating empathy for coworkers and customers.

Learning from mistakes and asking for help when needed.

Believing in the value created by diverse teams and can adapt to a variety of working styles.

What you’ll bring to this role

An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work.

A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives.

Management consulting experience and/or similar internal consulting within financial services.

Exposure within the insurance industry.

Working knowledge of core insurance carrier and brokerage processes, systems and approaches.

Self-motivated with a passion for client work and team work.

Able to manage ambiguity as you navigate change at the client site.

Collaborative, curious, eager to learn and high energy.

Demonstrated expertise in leading, coaching and mentoring teams and junior staff.

Excellent communication skills.
