Robert Half's client in Mississauga is looking for experienced Instructional Designers to assist them with a project. If you are an experienced Instructional Designer who has worked on eLearning projects, as well as Instructor Led projects, this may be the opportunity for you. This is a six month contract which can be completed remotely. Apply today!

What you'll be doing:

• Building highly interactive and engaging eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline
• Create interactive Virtual Instructor Led training to be delivered through Microsoft Teams
• Create job aids, user guides and supporting documentation as required
• May involve some needs analysis and process mapping
• Attend all team meetings as required
• Work with cross-functional teams
• The ID will develop most of the content, but some will be provided

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with Articulate Storyline, gamification, branching, quizzes, embedding videos, voiceover, captions, etc... - must have samples to share
• Strong user of Microsoft Teams (familiarity with advanced functions - setting up break out rooms, polling, etc..) and Office 365
• Experience with Vyond and Camtasia
• Must have experience with the ADDIE methodology
• Demonstrated experience developing eLearning and Virtual Instructor Led training for a corporate environment
• An out of the box thinker - an agile and consultative mindset
• Someone who can work independently with not a lot of guidance
• Someone who can provide recommendations and innovative training solutions based on the requirements and needs of the project
• Someone who can meet the constraints and sometimes the demands of the project delivery
• A strong communicator who is comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders within an organization
