A bit about the job:
You will need to be a quick learner and a self-starter, working as part of Aviva’s Health division to share our Propositions roadmap, addressing customer issues and/or exploiting new and emerging opportunities. The role calls for someone who is passionate about completing research and has the right skills to draw out significant insights, trends, and conclusions, to help shape proposition development. You will also be tasked with reporting back on competitor intel as well as investigating our customers’ journey (i.e., healthcare product pathway), flagging ‘pain-points’ and ensuring improvements.
Aviva introduced “smart-working†in 2020 and encourage flexible working; however, the successful post-holder will need to be based a commutable distance from either our Sheffield or Eastleigh offices (FYI: min one day in the office per week).
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Prior experience working in Insights / Research focused role, ideally for a big brand like Aviva
Familiarity with research methods and data sources, ideally in a proposition development environment
Ability to demonstrate self-motivation when it comes to managing large amounts of information / data, ensuring that the significant insights, trends, and conclusions are drawn out, reviewed, and distilled
Excellent communication skills, as you will need to present your findings leaders up to MD level
Ability to think in a creative and innovative manner
What you’ll get for this role:
Annual salary of £30,000 to £35,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
