Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for our very first Insights Analyst to support the digital transformation of our Brand.
As an Insight Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our analytics capabilities for our new Digital Insights function. You will join our expanding, innovative and dynamic Digital team operating in our 14+ markets!
The successful candidate will guide our Digital Marketing and CRM teams using data analytics, to give key insights into customer pain-points and identify key areas for greater opportunity. The Insights Analyst will gather data from a variety of sources, conduct deep dive investigations, translate data into meaningful reports and identify actionable insights which will then be presented to key stakeholders, external agencies, and will ultimately drive valuable business decisions.
Reporting to the Customer Insight Manager, this role would be ideal for someone who has worked in a Digital retail environment, with experience working on research projects from concept through to delivery of findings.
